Larger bedroom rents for $800/month.  The smaller private bedroom rents for $600/month.  The shared bedroom rents for $600/month/bed.  two shared baths.  Deposit for each private bedroom is $100.  Deposit for the shared bedroom is $50 per bed.  Co-ed house.  Washer/dryer on site.  Shared kitchen and common area.  Smoking in designated area only.  Street parking.  No alcohol/drugs/pets/overnight guests.  Guest visiting hours:  1 pm-5 pm only.  Responsible for purchasing and cooking own food.  Responsible for cleaning up after self in bedroom, baths, kitchen and common area.  Will consider renting to a couple in a private bedroom.  Wheelchair accessible.
